Consultations

Regular consultation with young people, their social workers and, where appropriate, their families aids in the process of ensuring that young people receive a high standard of care which meets their needs. Consultation with young people takes place both in the weekly Keyworking sessions and via meetings with the Registered Manager where they are encouraged to discuss and complete a "Things I Would Change .." pro-forma, as well as more informally with all residential staff.

Future In Mind. Welcomes the comments of those outside the organisation on its operation and standards of care.. Any complaints regarding services provided to young people should, in the first instance, be addressed to the Registered Manager. Where the Manager is not able to satisfy complainants they are progressed to the Director of Care.

Complainants who do not feel their complaints have been resolved satisfactorily are encouraged to contact OFSTED who are responsible for our registration and inspection. (Tel. 08456 40 40 40.) A complaints leaflet detailing the procedure is readily available.
