Future In Mind was set up by Norma Powell and Geraldine Taylor who both brought many years of experience in working with young people in a residential setting and incorporating a therapeutic approach. We are proud that, during the past 22 years we have led the way in combining a high standard of care and bespoke therapeutic programmes. They are now semi-retired and Executive Directors having passed on the main responsibilities to Carly and Jonathan who continue the development of Future In Mind.
